We strive to support pastors, staff, and their families.  In order to do this, we provide mentoring.  We also provide accountability, spiritual development, marriage and family enrichment, ministry relationship skills training, conflict management skills training, student ministerial scholarships, and by facilitating placement for pastors and staff.
