Student Fusion Mission Camp is a mission-oriented camp experience designed to engage students in missions. Around 160 people attended from 13 different churches. Students went out into the community and partnered with church plants and local schools to share Christ’s love.

Who can I talk with if I have questions about Student Fusion?
Contact the Student Fusion team via email at nextgen@sbcv.org or call our office Monday-Thursday between 7:30am and 4:30pm at 804-270-1848.
What will accommodations be like?
Church groups will be assigned two classrooms for the week—one for guys and one for girls. Guys and girls will be sleeping in different parts of the building.
A Disaster Relief shower trailer will be on-site for showering. The trailer has 4-5 private shower rooms, each behind a locked door.
How many adults should we bring?
We ask that you bring one adult for every 10 students (per gender).
How are payments handled?
At registration: When you register your church group, we require a $300 church registration fee which secures all the spots you need for your church group. We do need a final number of participants by May 16 for planning and purchasing purchases.
Upon arrival at camp: The balance of $99 per camper is due on June 17. This can be paid in advance through the registration system.

Register your church group with the number of adults and students you anticipate attending. You can use these registration forms to collect information on your participants, then update your church’s registration online by May 16.
