When you register your church group, you will submit $300 for your church group fee plus $99 per participant. You can add or refund participants through your TicketSpice account until May 15. Additions and refunds after May 15 will be considered based on availability.

Who can I talk with if I have questions about Student Fusion?
Contact the Student Fusion team via email at nextgen@sbcv.org or call our office Monday-Thursday between 7:30am and 4:30pm at 804-270-1848.
What will accommodations be like?
Church groups will be assigned two classrooms for the week—one for guys and one for girls. Guys and girls will be sleeping in different parts of the building.
A Disaster Relief shower trailer will be on-site for showering. The trailer has 4-5 private shower rooms, each behind a locked door.
How many adults should we bring?
We ask that you bring one adult for every 10 students (per gender).
How are payments handled?
Register by May 15!
Register your church group with the number of adults and students you anticipate attending.
If you have already registered the church and need to make changes to your number of participants, you can do so in your online account.
